The owner does not care for employees. Focused only on his profits.
Unfair/ illegal work practices, no benefits, very low pay, no appreciation, zero empathy for employees and their difficult situations.
No pros, you might enjoy it if you are from Eritrea and understand their language because they hardly employ people from different race or country
Cons
Bad supervision, bad work attitude, rude, the owner and supervisors are just out to frustrate you, has no regard for humanity, can terminate your employment the day you resume work for no tangible reason
