      Pros

      Will start you off at a decent wage and keeps with industry averages and cost of living increases.

      Cons

      Will higher people at half your wage, have you train them and then fire you with out just cause. I had people warn me when I first got hired on with them and didn't believe it at first. I have heard about it happening now even after I've left. Such a horrible company to work for!! Most management isn't properly trained so disorganization and stress is prevalent.

      Pros

      Good salary if in the right position . Alot of Exposure on how NOT to run a company.

      Cons

      Way to much politics for a small company. Leadership fights right infront of your face. This trickles down to Team Leads/Supervisors. Management yells and swears at employees and no repercussions. High turnover due to the toxic environment. Lay offs are high.
