Cons
Horribly toxic! For a company that is supposed to be base on core values, begins closed doors they sure are lacking. They lie to clients just to get them in program to raise census. Low ratio cf employee to client but still takes in new clients knowing they are low staffed. Lie about each other and start drama. I witnessed lower manager gang up on high ranking manager with deciet, spreading rumors, berating her in front of others, got her fired THEN the lower mgr doing the berating got promoted to take that senior managements position that she just successfully got fired. Most bizarre environment I’ve aver witnessed. I watched them lie to a family about “working with them” on insurance and would make payment arrangements for them for any balance. Assuring them they were covered. Family drove from 5 hrs away to get child to us, then turns out company knew we didn’t take their insurance. So 10 days-2 weeks into program… they made the family pick him up. I was mortified!!!! It was Clearforks calculated mistake, they knew the answer before ever admitting patient. They were only looking at numbers and needed a higher census. Broke my heart. I told Clearfork we needed to eat that money and allow client to stay since it was a pre calculated decision and Cleark knew we didn’t take their insurance but no, they sent that poor troubled child back home to a family desperate for help for their child.
