      Late pay No type of structure Very much overworked Expect to be paid late if the owner isnt happy with you Lots of payment issue from refusal to pay overtime to failed payments

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with several members of the team.

      Cons

      Small company mentality. The micromanaging takes a toll and the owner lacks listening skills and is difficult to get along with. Salary is not bad, but reimbursements are very slow and mired in ridiculous process that complicates things and takes time and attention away from more important things. This is not a big picture place offering a decent future. Burnout comes quickly. Expectations are unreasonable.
