Bonded with colleagues over shared challenges.
Cons
No HR, no healthcare benefits, no 401(k) until a year in. Compensation was below industry standards. Team was mostly made up of junior members. Very high turnover — worth repeating: very high turnover. Time off often had to be made up due to workload. Intense, unrelenting pace with poor work-life balance, high stress, and low morale. A “yes-man” culture combined with disorganized structure and processes that didn’t support success. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend.
