      Real Missed Opportunity with the Graduate Program

      Pros

      Ability to work with a number of different teams with different backgrounds. Market Research team (Hall and Partners) was brilliant, provided a lot of guidance, and learning of a new trade.

      Cons

      Other rotations felt like being a glorified administrative assistant, very dated leadership culture, GRACosway had some poor middle managers in place to support the Graduates. However I believe they have now left the business.

      Pros

      Good opportunity for young adults under 25. Great opportunities to mingle with friendly people in other departments. Designed to sustain creative people but IT is just understaffed, underfunded and overworked.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. No process for conflict resolution. Basic pay structure and no official training or growth. Some Caucasians in the team think they are entitled and put others down by use of sarcasm and unprofessional comments. Constant Drama and Backstabbing culture. Psychologically unsafe work environment. Mindless, destructive criticism. Fear driven workplace.
