None, maybe some staff are ok but nothing else. It's private company in a small city in Poland so don't expect good management or good salary.
Cons

- one person as a owner, director, manager - insane guy, he doesn't control himself.
- old broken cars for reps
- commision... hahaha forget or get so small that you wouldn't even feel you get better money
