Pros
There is not much I can say as everything turned bad fast. It started out really good with good work culture, great colleagues, and great work exposure. But it all went bad fast because of sick politics and a really twisted perspective the management had about the employees.
Cons
Lack of communication. "I am always right because I am the boss" attitude of the management. Salary delay. Lack of clear direction.
