In case there is no other option with you, consider the following before joining:
1. Don't go by CTC. Look at the breakup carefully, as your actual salary might even become less than the last drawn.
2. There is a probation period of 3 months stated, which can be extended for upto an year(maybe more).
3. Company policies are nowhere documented and shared with employees. This provides them a free-hand to introduce or change any policy any time, especially at appraisal time.
4. No proper measure of performance evaluation in place.
