Cons
The leads are the most recycled leads in the industry. They are looking to save money so they will not sponsor your licenses until you close a loan. The loan origination software is horrible. You are not allowed to run DU. It doesn't show you the DTI . So your pre-approvals are based on what you hope you can do. The management doesn't support the success of the LO. They just say make 300 dials a day and if you try to get help or advice for growing your own book of business they won't help. They over promise and way under deliver. This place is not built for real LO's it's designed for LO's with no experience who won't realize how badly this place sux. The owner is cool. The operation is sub par.
