      Pros

      - Remote work available. -AI adoption.

      Cons

      - CEO is extremely self centered/rude and used profanities in the team Slack when he was frustrated. - No mentorship or true managers, as 1 individual was managing the entire team. - When asked if there would be layoff the CEO said "no" on a Wednesday just for half the entire workforce to be laid off by Monday with no severance. - The platform also claims to use AI which is false.

      Pros

      Incredible access to mentors and professionals across communications, PR and tech. Very intelligent and success-driven colleagues. Ability to build a category-defining product.

      Cons

      Lacking structure to training or support compared to larger organizations. Sink or swim atmosphere. Poor company performance triggers layoffs. No 401k match.
