      Pros

      The company culture is amazing - they offer many social activities like Friday drinks and free lunches every second Friday. The people are really great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It's easy to make friends.

      Cons

      Salaries are terrible. A lot of internal politics. Family employees of the owners are favourites and are treated differently
