There is Nothing to be positive about.

Great boss, great salary and benefits, great opportunity. I started here 10 months ago and I've never looked back. It's a start-up, so the pace is furious and you have to rely on yourself a lot, but if you have an idea that gets approved, you can run with it. And if you succeed, you will be rewarded. As short a time as I've been here, I've received some bonuses for achievements, and I've already been promoted and received a raise as well as additional shares in the company. All work is remote, there's no deductible on insurance, unlimited PTO which is great, plus they really make an effort to make every conference/company retreat fun -- we all went to dinner and theater in Vegas, and our CEO took us all flying in his plane at the company retreat. Management is great -- CEO Rick has a great sense of humor, my boss Lauren, the CRO, is very warm and encouraging, and the whole team is really friendly and supportive, but very driven. If you're really ambitious, are intrigued by technology, and have been looking for job that is a real proving ground with the potential for high reward, this is it.
