They make you work on false promises. They got people to work for free promising paid work. and cannot deliver what they promise

There are opportunities to learn and make certificates. Flexible work hours used to be accepted. Sometimes interesting projects.
Cons
Middle management was terrible. Totally chaotic projects with insane timelines. Over-promising to the client so that developers need to work overtime or the client gets annoyed. Both happened. Salary is barely mediocre and any proper raises have to be argued and fought for annually. Bad environment for female and underrepresented employees. Stay clear
