Pros
Very supportive organisation when it comes to professional development. Peers/colleagues are also very supportive at the personal level. Senior managment and the board listen to what employees have to say and are responsive. Pay rates for clinical/nursing staff match the new Te Whatu ora rates
Cons
I guess if you're used to a 600 bed hospital with ward sizes of 40 plus then CHF could feel a bit limiting.
