      Lovely people but no career development

      Pros

      The people make this company, line managers do their best to support their staff. Has good potential for the future.

      Cons

      Processes can be cumbersome, sometimes there is a lack of training on new tools, very little career development for more senior members. Hard working loyal people get frequently overlooked which leads to them seeking opportunities elsewhere.

      Colleagues were not as welcoming as I was led to believe, very much a high school scenario with members teaming up. Lack of modernisation.
