Pros
Radically transparent with all board meetings and decision-making publicised internally. Unlimited sick leave. A day's leave for birthday and if you take sustainable transportation for an overseas holiday (i.e. a train instead of a plane).
Cons
A start-up in the expansion phase, so still prone to pivots and realignment to product/market fit, which can lead to significant changes in role requirements in a short time.
