-1: Lack of technical and financial support from large and small companies in the sector due to lack of justification and transparency. -2: No C-level. CEO (with no previous experience apart of studies) acting as CTO. PMs not lasting more than 3/6 months. Same with several COOs. -3: No website, no real communication. -4: Incompetent management: Complaining about the engineering team's failure to accept Phase B documents, when it has non-technical inconsistencies. - 5: Competent team. Missing more experience but with work conditions is quite complicated… Almost no remote, minimal vacations by law, salary paid with no tracking (each month different date), no HR culture. -6: 0 ethical rules as no phone on the desktop, last call for relevant document (day before deadline) or non transparency to employees.

The CEO is a kid without professional experience that tell his employees what they have to do or just does not listen to you. He forces team members to cancel holidays or come at an arbitrary early hour, for random deadlines he imposed to the team, while he usually comes late. He forces people to do fake plannings to make the things appear nice and try to get funding. Most of the times he plans random and inefficient meetings. He imposes the use of MacOS for engineering work. Finances are limited for a short left runway. Salaries are very low. Long story short you´re facing a compulsive narcissist without any background who believes he´s smarter than any other engineer, and who leads his company to a big fiasco.
