Cons
-Not enough work for employees. -Management overstaffs instructors leaving employees unable to make a living or descent income. -Very low flight time when compared to other competitors. -Priority given to instructors that previously went through one of their own training programs. -Scheduling is not strategic and unstructured due to poor management. -Overall disregard for employee satisfaction with company. -Seemingly zero recognition of good employee performance but immediately criticized at first opportunity for something negative.
