      Fast-paced, high-growth environment with real ownership over your area. You get exposure to complex, cross-border problems that you wouldn't see at a slower company. Leadership is generally accessible and open to ideas, and the recent Recharge acquisition has opened up interesting scope for those willing to take on ambiguity.

      Cons

      Growth has outpaced process in some areas, so cross-team ownership (e.g. between product, engineering, and operations) isn't always clearly defined, which can slow things down. Post-acquisition integration work adds extra ambiguity in the short term.

      - In my team the manager have strong technical skills and interpersonal skills so I can learn from him - My teammate also have good technical skills - Teammate quite support each others - Compensation quite good

      - A lot of pressure on delivery - Sometime need to work outside working hours to be able to deliver projects
