Insane level of micromanagement.
No control over your workflow whatsoever.
Be prepared for important information to be withheld during the interview process despite asking questions and getting vague answers.
Office is awkward to be in, management and sales all have private offices with glass doors and everyone else is uniformly in cubicles with 0 privacy.
Forced to watch pointless training videos on things you already know when they do not have any work for you to do (this is a side effect of having no control over your workflow, it’s all decided by one guy who hands out the tickets and then plays on his phone)
Pay sucks.
Benefits are very expensive (once you even qualify to get them)
Pointless meetings with PowerPoints full of generic buzzwords that have nothing to do with what we actually do.
It sucks.
