      Support from the manager was to micromanage and judge rather than train and support There is no clear culture to follow so you have to just guess how and where you fit in. Basically, if the manager likes you, you stay. If not, you’re fired

      Nothing really except the children.

      Cons

      Terrible management. They have no idea what it takes to run a childcare company. That’s why their enrolment numbers are so low. The manager is controlling and fires people left and right

      You are constantly judged by your superiors, sneaky behaviour goes on between manager and her favourite staff, and the micromanaging is unbearable.
