Pros
The people are generally close like a family. Easy to collaborate across departments. Flexi-hours and able to leave on time if needed.
Cons
People are stretched thin. Heavy volume workload. A lot of processes are legacy and cumbersome. A lot of reporting requirements Structure is top heavy, ground staff are stretched thin. Difficult to initiate changes while HQ tends to implement processes without concerning local conditions

I appreciate the friendly and supportive atmosphere at Coface. It makes coming to work enjoyable. The company offers a good balance between work and personal life, including flexible work policies, which is important to me. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth and advancement based on merit, which motivates me to perform my best. I value that Coface conducts quarterly surveys to understand and improve the workplace, showing that they care about employee input. The hybrid work schedule allows me to work both remotely and in-office, providing the flexibility I need.
Cons
Management sometimes lacks support from headquarters, leading to unrealistic growth expectations, which can be challenging. The use of outdated technology can be frustrating and hinder efficiency.
