- Nice office - Exposure to some good technology
Cons
- Very toxic management - Unrealistic deadlines and expectations of junior staff - Focus on sales over everything else to the extent of portraying features as market-ready to clients before any development has occurred - Large amount of 'security theater', which simply wastes time and resources - Limited training and learning opportunities - Significantly below market salaries
