Pros

Flexible working, great work culture, 100% working from home, company pays for you to use Regus offices if you want to

Cons

Even though you can work 100% from home there is not really total freedom to travel to different countries while working. I also don’t receive any kind of bonus or financial benefits on top of the salary

Unsure of the future of Cogstate's core product

Pros

People are very friendly No micromanagement Very accepting of remote/flexible working Good work-life balance

Cons

No real career/advancement opportunity here. Leadership team is comprised of people who have been with the company for 10+ years, but don't have the business acumen needed to really advance. They are afraid of new ideas and there is no appetite for innovation or creativity, which is de-motivating. The day-to-day work is not very stimulating. Also unsure about the future of their core offerings - they may get sidelined by other more competitive products that leverage AI/smart technology for data collection and analytic capability.
