      A mirror of Italy-not in a good way

      Not really pros-you may find good colleagues in spite of it all

      Cons

      A famers’union. But Italian. Reflecting all the shortcomings of Italy. Poor management. Yes men promoted. No learning path. Subpolitics drive the process. Not meritocracy. Long hours and low wages. Stay away.
