There is Parking restrictions in the office, not really a con but if you’re running late you’ll have to find parking an all day parking street and walk to the office

Pros
Lots of amazing professionals who have been with the company for the long haul and have a huge amount of wisdom to share. Great employee led culture that is supported and mirrored by some of the executive leadership team.
Cons
Despite the best efforts of employees the leadership culture is generally poor. Some areas of the business are downright hostile to others as a result of silo’d team building.
