      Free food but not really a pro since they purchase bottom tier products

      Directors make it very clear they care more about profit the employees wellbeing.

      once you get to know the team very friendly

      Cons

      Managers rude to staff, even swore! Long hours 12 hour shifts in summer with 30min break, al the machinery breaks, poor equipment, a lot of family member within the company so favouritism is thriving, 30mins to relieve someone for a toilet break sometimes even longer
