Great exposure: Being part of a smaller team, you spend most of your time working directly with the principals. Deliverables often presented directly to cross-functional senior management. Diverse projects: Able to work on a broad range of therapeutic areas and project types (market research, competitive intelligence, commercialization strategy) Clients: Strong relationships with clients generates sustained business and long-term engagement with programs/teams Leadership also strongly supportive of vacation time.
Cons
As a small company, you have to be prepared to balance multiple projects, wear different hats, and work through ambiguity.
