Pros

unlimited number of clients; many different opportunities to find a niche; ability to appear invisible to others as long as there are no issues with clients; some training provided; compensation is comparable to other community agencies; a lot of court-ordered clients

Cons

The agency does not support staff under the guise of "too many changes"happening at the higher level; limited supervision; limited security provided; cookie cutter approach to treatment; poor financial management;

Pros

I have no Pros for working at this company. I was very unhappy about how I was treated. They made my job very stressful

Cons

I would not recommend working there, they have a high turn over. When I left, 3 co-workers left in the month before in the finance department with no notice

Pros

A few good people at the lower front line level

Cons

The upper management, mainly CFO and CEO are awful people. Zero communication or transparency. The company is a sinking ship which explains the astronomical turnover. A company that operates at a HUGE deficit financially but has a CEO who takes a bonus still is just one of the many ways they are disgusting. They give nonprofits a bad name in EVERY way. They waste donor dollars on items that aren’t needed and don’t add value to their patients or improve patient experience and instead they just try to improve the experience of their upper management or select few people in the clique. Stay away!!!!
