1) Seniors lack interpersonal skills. If you join the organization be sure to be treated as SLAVES rather than colleagues. 2) All policy related exceptions are for few selected favourite people in the organisation. 3) Policies are Lol !! 😂🤣 Probably Worst in the industry Don't expect the policy change to stay for even few months. They change it like newspapers (as per Boss' mood). 4) Work - Life balance is a BIGGGGGG JOKE !!! 😂😂🤣. Forget your personal life if you have one !! 5) No flexibility in Work timings and Work from Home days. Only the "Favourites" get the flexibility. 6) The company is mediocre at best. Don't fall for the Euronext brand value trap. The product also does not have any great value. 7) Work Culture is the worst !!! 8) No skills or training programmes. 9) Your concerns go to deaf ears. They say "tell us your concerns, we will listen", but they don't. So, don't waste your time. They need people who don't question anything. So, if you are one who keeps your head down and work, then join. 10) Politics is at all the levels. Don't believe otherwise. 11) You would work expecting a FERRARI, but you will end up working for peanuts. Basically, You won't have a life if you join this organization. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE !!!
