      Pros

      - You are given freehand and this helps you hone your skills a lot. - No micro-management. - Flexible work environment where you are given choice to contribute across verticals. - You get to work closely with the most experienced an polished people in the Industry. - There is lot of transparency in the work that everyone is doing and you are encouraged to contribute.

      Cons

      - The culture he is very fast-moving and might not be suitable to someone who is looking for comfort. - To much independence sometimes means that you are left on your own to figure out a solution, which in long term is very beneficial for your growth, but can be a bit stressful in the short time.

      Pros

      1. Flat hierarchy, you can speak to anyone about anything. Even CEO is equally accessilble as your other peer. 2. Minimal or no politics, as they are growing they are still trying to be "no politics" place. 3. If you want roll your sleeves and work on different things, you will get a lot opportunoties. 4. Company is definetly not for people who want to do minimal work and go home. If your are hungry for work and growth, this could be a good place to work for.

      Cons

      1. Work life balance but they are getting better at this. For example they have moved to hybrid work model and came up with a lot of other policies to address this.
