Strong benefits and diverse culture, but slow decision-making
Pros
Great company benefits - compensation is on par with wider market. Lots of social and culture-focused events (Mental health awareness week, pride week etc). With the business being global it is extremely diverse and there is a huge focus on creating an inclusive environment as well as health and wellbeing. A good variety of work and exposure to different clients from various sectors which is brilliant for junior staff joining the world of tech. On the whole I've found everyone I've worked with to be pleasant, polite and professional and built some great relationships I hope to keep after leaving.
Cons
Parking can be expensive if you dont use public transport but the business do offer discounted monthly parking package - but flexible working available in most teams. Some team members and leaders across the business have WAY too much to do which can slow down decision making and innovation.
