      Many thanks for your comments. Whilst finances are important we do need to ensure that we think about our customers all the time. This means we have to continually improve our products and services to meet their needs and remain a market leader.

      A few growing pains as the company transitions to a larger company, and communication within the company could be better sometimes.

      Thanks for the feedback. As we get larger, and more geographically diverse, clearly communication becomes harder. There's a lot going on here and things are changing fast, but we need to take time to communicate. Hopefully the CEO lunches are helping and the integration updates. We'll do a company-wide Q1 update in April, once we have March's numbers. Geoff
