Good software engineering techniques, good people, opportunity to learn different skills in telecom and software, no overtimes.

Cons

Lack of senior developers and guidance on new stuff related to software development. Mediocre management on software requirements, design and timeschedule because everyone does many things or do not know how to do it. A judgmental look and a feeling of lack of motivation, job security. Νot well ventilated offices.
