      Decent Benefits (3 leaves per month credited each month, good quality lunch available for cheap at company canteen, first class train pass reimbursement)

      Cons

      Lot of politics. Limited and unclear communication about expectations and current performance. Toxic work culture with high attrition rate. High efforts and good results are not valued, but even minor issues are disproportionately highlighted.
