      Great place for motivated people dedicated to improving the health of the community

      Company is devoted to improving the health and wellness of Monterey CO. Company supports those that work really hard to make a difference. Company truly cares about the people and patients being served. Fast paced environment, great for those looking to build skills and develop innovative solutions

      Organization can be hard for individuals that are not self motivated or hard workers.

      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      None. Good salaries but that is about it. CHI is a terrible place to work: bad benefits, no PTO & chaotic management. Huge turn over rate in the last 3 years. Bad reputation in the community.

      Cons

      No one seems to know what they are doing. Too many managers and no focus. Staff unhappy. Unable to keep good, quality staff.

      This post while unfortunate is not the outlook of all employees. CHI does have a competitive benefit package, the PTO is plentiful. Unfortunately, during the time of the above post, management was going through change so I can understand how someone would view the transition period as chaotic. Management has settled now and there is focus and clear vision of the future.
