Medicine, quality of care, and staff have all improved drastically in the last 1-2 years.
Cons
Quality of care and standards so need some work. Pay could be better for the stress involved.

Flexible schedule and you get to work in an environment with animals.
Cons
The management is terrible. This place has a very high turnover rate. Within 1 month of working here more than 5 people have quit. I’ve never worked at a place that’s so unorganized in my entire life. It’s so understaffed that I’m surprised this place is still in business. They know it it understaffed but continue to hire the bare minimum amount of people to keep it open. The staff is over worked and underpaid.
