      -Relatively simple work -You can learn a lot on your own

      Cons

      -Management does not know how to manage at all, delegates to anyone who can take over, tasks constantly doing 180s -Pay is up in the air, every paycheck was claimed to be the last one management was 'sure' they could pay. -No professional atmosphere, sexual conversations abound, gossip is the name of the game -Constant work interruptions because management wants to gossip

      Started well, but misleading management ruined it

      Pros

      There are plenty of interesting conversations that go on during available free time, so if you like chatting about just about anything, that's a plus. A lot of flexibility as well in your work.

      Cons

      You'll be told one thing to do yet expected to do 3 more completely different things outside of your job description. Very little structure and direction.
