Pros

CRC has had to navigate a changing landscape since the pandemic has caused a national decrease in mental health professionals. They have been working hard to try and build their clinical training opportunities and provide more perks for their staff. It is important to note that organizations like CRC have to abide by State regulatory processes and change their services based on what is trickling down from a Legislative level. I think they have taken these changes in stride and have worked hard to gain staff insight on this. This organization has also really stepped up on their benefits and flexibility for staff. I appreciate the benefit options, and feel that HR is approachable and helpful in answering questions and supporting staff.

Cons

Again- change is inevitable when the State itself is changing so rapidly. I think this can be a con for some if they don’t handle change well.

Team is great. Appreciate the hard work everyone puts in daily for consumers struggling with mental health issues.

Leadership lacks transparency and creates chaos. Misogynistic at the upper level.
