-pay is below market rate in the area, even for 10 month school based contract
-all pay increases (licensure increase) are less than other therapists despite HR telling multiple pre-licensed staff they would get the full 5k increase after licensure.
-don’t care about retaining good therapists, would rather pay less for new therapists with no experience.
-HR is a joke.
-Fires amazing clinical director who actually supports and advocates for school based programs.
-HR and upper management tries to change our pay to only get paid during the school year, not spread out over 12 months because it would be easier for them even though it would negatively impact many therapists and lead to major turnover.
