      Toxic workplace with low pay

      Pros

      Huge organization that offers many facets of care in house so clients can receive well-rounded services. Good experience out of college.

      Cons

      Management is terrible and the level of toxicity amongst staff is staggering. I do not recommend.

      Strong, client centered care for the community. Many programs available to support therapists and their clients. Leadership is change orientated, fiscally smart and innovative.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance at times. Leadership can make major decisions without the input of front line staff, making transition more complicated.
