      Pros

      They don't expect you to produce high-quality work. If you belong to a certain background or make friends, you have a long career ahead of you.

      Cons

      Otherwise, your daily harassment and humiliation will become a routine in your life. The management does nothing about it. It doesn't matter how well you work or what your personality is like, if you're not a good actor/actress you have no chance and in the end, you'll be the one to escape from this "friendly" atmosphere.

      People we support are awesome, we get to work with some friendly co-workers who are there for each other. relaxed business casual environment. 403 B, tuition reimbursement . longevity incentives payments, growth opportunity within the agency.

      Cons

      I have worked here for 21 years and like every business, it has it's up and downs throughout the years, but it really is a fantastic place to work.
