Pros

None! Absolutely the wors company with zero morals or values

Cons

By far the worst company Iv ever worked for. No compassion which is ironic given their name! Treat people so poorly, and have zero remorse. Many employee have become ill working for this company due to the way they are treated.

Pros

I have been working for Compassionate care now for over a year and a half in children's services. The support I have received has been outstanding from the company and I have to say my Manager has been the best manager I have worked under. The rest of the company from recruitment, training, HR and compliance have been supportive which is so refreshing as this has lacked in companies I have worked for in the past. Working for this company has also given me the confidence to grow and learn in which I am truly grateful for.

Cons

No Cons at all, everything is good.

Pros

Working at Warriors House has honestly been a good experience. The team is friendly, people help each other out, and the atmosphere is relaxed most days. Leanne, our manager, is great at boosting your confidence and telling you when she sees potential in you, which makes you feel good about your job. The team leaders are also easy to talk to and always happy to give advice if you’re stuck on something.

Cons

Staff shortages often meaning we are asked to work extra
