The benefits are non-existent. Expect to pay high premiums for healthcare, no contributions to 401K or HSA funds, no maternity/paternity policy, and no other benefits or perks. They only recently added the option of purchasing short term and long term disability benefits (neither of which the company contributes to). Diversity is also non-existent. The majority of the the team is made up of middle-aged white men, and it seems that the intention is to keep it that way. The management team is flailing trying to figure out how to run a company. There is no organization, no vision, and no effective leadership.

This company needs some serious work…They have grown from a small company in terms of the number of employees and revenue but in no other way. They lack some basic structure that would help them run efficiently and allow employees to understand not only their own roles but who is responsible for various things in the organization. This is no real HR in place and for a company over 100 it creates some real serious issues, there is no real onboarding or off-boarding, inconsistent policies, and procedures ( in cases none at all), no formal review process, no salary bands- salaries mostly based off of where the new hire fits with existing employees or what they think is the least amount of money a candidate will accept. Many long-term employees report no real raises or even cost of living increases. The benefits are very expensive, and the coverage is not impressive. There is no 401k match. Many managers are clueless about how to manage others. There is an old school culture that everyone should be thankful to work there and in some groups the managers are bullies.
