      Pros

      Complete Analytical Services is a great company to work for. Everyday I found myself learning and applying myself. The director is a genuine man that provides a working environment that you feel comfortable in. He is respectful and willing to share his knowledge.

      Cons

      CAS is local small business so not many job positions open up. The company offers a lot, so if you are interested in the environmental field I highly recommend it.

      Pros

      The lab director is a genuine, quality leader. He makes work smooth and easy. Also, whenever you need time off he is willing to make sure you receive it with proper notice.

      Cons

      This is a private company so the opportunity to move up within the company is small. But, there is still a lot to learn on a day-to-day basis. The industry itself is a good field to have a career in.
