- some of the client work can be interesting - they used to have a talented employees
Cons
- leadership thinks AI will do everything - zero job safety; employees, even ones with zero negative feedback during their tenure, are let go in a flash, with zero notice or warnings - leadership is a complete joke; the 2 ladies that help run things make $200K and have completely destroyed what CGM used to be, including revenue - leadership does absolutely nothing to help the staff; they occasionally dial into client meetings and pretend to pay attention but more often than not they're just silent and useless - reduced a lot of the benefits including the monthly employee stipend which used to be $200 and is now just $100

Interesting mix of clients who are truly invested in their marketing efforts
Cons
Stay far away from this company if you are looking for employment. That is, unless you are interested in being overwhelmed with work and judged when you can't complete everything on your plate. The company does not set any of their employees up for success and its only a matter of time that you'll fail and be reprimanded.
