      Pros

      Skill Development with a rapid pace. Direct exposure to production environments, hands-ons experience with AWS services and DevOps Tools like Terrform, Docker and Kubernetes. Great support from the seniors at every step of the way.

      Cons

      Would need to be available on weekends sometimes also because of client requirements, but that is expected in the DevOps domain.

      Pros

      Supportive environment where your efforts are genuinely recognized. Plenty of opportunities to learn if you’re proactive and willing to take ownership. Exposure to real-world problems and scope to grow both technically and professionally.

      Cons

      So far, I haven’t experienced any major downsides. Like any growing organization, there are challenges at times, but nothing that stands out as a consistent concern.
