Pros
Small company, consisting of good professionals with over 20 years of experience in computer hardware support. Flexible hours, good company history and pleasant athmosphere to work at. Excellent communication with the engineers as well as management.
Cons
Support projects are few and long term and there aren't many new opportunities for development.

It's a job that isn't flipping burgers
Cons
Management is very poor outside of CEO. Little career growth opportunities Non-compensated mandatory oncall if you're salaried. Very poor employee interactions if you're not a favored employee.
