      1. Gives opportunity to freshers from public platforms (example: bdjobs). 2. Full stack system design and development opportunity. 3. Work directly with Big corporate clients. 4. Salary is given always on time. 5. Friendly and transparent work environment.

      Cons

      1. High work pressure most of the time. 2. Project deadlines are not discussed with team members. 3. Works mostly on old technologies. Very slow to adapt new technology. 4. Work is not reviewed and they are manually tested. 5. Trainings session happens very rarely. 6. Have to work extra hours regularly. Poor work life balance.

      1. Unorganized way of working procedures and methodologies. 2. Poor implementation and use of legacy technologies. 3. No desire to update or upgrade themselves. 4. This place is not for open-minded people, managements take all kinds of decisions. 5. Can suffer from burnout due to continuous development and deployment. 6. Don't give enough time to finish a task properly. 7. A developer has to do all the tasks like development, testing, deployment, database maintenance, and even server-related work. 8. Salary increment is not adequate.
